Privacy Policy

1. Information We Store

CoachTrack stores only the data you explicitly enter to use the App:

• ·Account credentials — email address and a securely hashed password, used only for authentication
• ·Team and player data — team names, player names, positions, and shirt numbers that you enter
• ·Match and performance data — seasons, matches, scores, events, and statistics that you record
• ·Device tokens — a push notification token issued by your device (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications to you. This token is stored securely, linked to your account, and deleted when you sign out.

This data is stored in our secure cloud database solely to make the App work and to sync it across your devices. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

2. Push Notifications

With your permission, CoachTrack sends push notifications to keep you informed about activity relevant to you:

• ·Parents — notified when their child is selected for a match, including the player's name and the opponent
• ·Coaches — notified when a parent updates a player's availability for a match

Notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). Your device token is shared with Firebase solely for this purpose. You can opt out at any time through your device's notification settings. We do not use notifications for marketing or advertising.

3. What We Do Not Do

• · We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or behaviour data
• · We do not use advertising networks or tracking tools
• · We do not share your data with any third party except Firebase for push notification delivery
• · We do not have access to your password at any point

4. Biometric Authentication

If you enable biometric sign-in (Face ID or fingerprint), authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. No biometric data is ever transmitted to or stored by CoachTrack.

5. Children's Privacy

CoachTrack may store names and performance statistics of minor athletes as entered by coaches or parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All such data is entered and controlled by the adult user of the App.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes and will notify users through the App for any material changes.
